Project Brief

This project consisted of construction of a new 100,000 square foot public middle school, parking lot, and retention pond in Valrico, Florida in Hillsborough County on a vacant 30 acre site. Our site designs considered Grand Oak trees, traffic flows, State Requirements for Educational Facilities, and consideration of adjacent residential neighborhoods.
