An informal citizen group of the Lake Ashton community contracted with KCA to perform a pavement condition audit due to the excessive wear and deterioration of the community's pavement. The community streets were constructed within the past 6 years but some community streets are significantly deteriorated.

Evaluation of 14 miles of roadway using the methodologies specified in ASTM S6433 Standard Practice for Roads and Parking Lots Pavement conditoin Index Surveys. Overall Pavement Condition Index (PCI) determined using MicroPaver v6.0.
