KCA provides engineering services for management of road and bridge system assets to support transportation and water management agencies for state and local governments, and public entity clients.

Our clients include the Florida, Georgia, and North Carolina Departments of Transportation, Southwest Florida Water Management District, Hillsborough County (Florida) Public Works and the Hillsborough County School Board, Cities in the State of Florida, and Asset Maintenance Contractors for the State of Florida (DBI Services, Infrastructure Corp. of America (ICA), Jorgensen Contract Services and Transfield Services).

KCA provides engineering design, technical support and field condition survey, inspection and inventory services to these agencies for management of transportation system assets. KCA asset management capabilities include bridges (rehabilitation and repair engineering design, management, and inspections), roadways and parking lots (inventory, condition survey, and maintenance recommendations), pedestrian facilities, stormwater systems, American Disability Act (ADA) compliance, and GIS and database support.
